This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through nexusstrategyai.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices available to you. This Policy is written to align with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Personal information is accessed only by Kanokwan Kaewfah as the sole operator of NexusStrategyAI. Information may be processed by third-party service providers strictly to operate the Site and email tool, currently: Framer, Inc. and MailerLite and Google Analytics. These providers are contractually and/or by policy limited to using the data only to provide their service to us.

5. Email Communications and Consent (CASL)

Any commercial electronic message (such as a newsletter or nurture email) is sent only to individuals who have given express opt-in consent through a clear, unchecked checkbox at the point of collection. Every commercial email we send will include a clearly identified sender (Kanokwan Kaewfah / NexusStrategyAI), a valid contact or mailing address, and a working unsubscribe mechanism, honoured within 10 business days, as required under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly (Section 8).

The Site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns, such as pages visited and general location by country or region. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.
